CANCELLATIONS: If requested prior to shipment we will cancel your order and refund the full cost.
RETURNS: We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
EXCHANGES: We allow exchanges up to 14 days from the date the item was received only if a different size is needed or the item was defective. Return the item unwashed. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
This gloomy policy is in place to prevent buyers from intentionally damaging an item and requiring us to replace it at our cost. Darn those vile tricksters.
